To complete the scholarship, students must submit the following documents:

• A hard copy of the thesis and the file in a CD.
• Thesis abstract
• Final progress and financial reports
• Transcript and Ph.D. degree certificate or an official letter confirming graduation
• Research publication as required
• A filled-out RGJ-Ph.D. programme questionnaire
